    Orders can be made on our website.

  • How do I make a payment?

    Payments are taken online on our website, part of the checkout process. Card payments are securely processed by our payment gateway. Your personal information is safe and protected.

  • What's the turn around time?

    Our turn around time is between 3-10 working days, depending on your order(excluding design service process).

  • Can I book for a print slot in advance?

    No, sorry.

  • I'm on a tight budget, can you provide me with a discount please?

    Our products are based on fixed prices, therefore we can not send you a discount. If you need to make a very large order, let us know and we might be able to help you with a bespoke quote.

  • Is there anyway you could deliver my order quicker?

    This is not always available but please let us know of your enquiry and we might be able to assist you.

DELIVERY

  • Can you deliver directly to my customer?

    Yes, within the UK.

  • How much do you charge for delivery?

    Delivery cost depends on your order.

  • How long will delivery take?

    Usually between 3-10 working days, excluding our Design Service process.

  • Can you provide me with tracking information?

    This information is available by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Can I pick up my order from you?

    No, sorry.

  • What do I do If my order arrived damaged?

    Please get in touch with us to discuss. Be aware that it can be very difficult for us to claim back from the courier and resupply you with the goods.

ARTWORK

  • How do I add my artwork into an order?

  • Do you charge more if I supplied multiple artwork?

    No, we do not charge for more different artwork that you provided yourself.

  • How do I send you artwork?

    You can provide us your artwork from WeTransfer or by email to info@avsimagedesigns.co.uk. You can place your link through the order process on our websites checkout process.

  • Do you back up artwork from past orders?

    We keep the processed artwork from our studio.

  • Can you make changes to my artwork?

    If your artwork is a PSD file, then yes.

  • Will you let me know if there's anything wrong with my artwork?

    If the artwork you supplied us with cannot be used to produce what has been ordered then we will advise you and request how you would like to proceed.
